I have to tell you, the 10-3-2 system is one of the very best ideas I’ve seen in a long time. I’m not positive whether she invented it, or just perfected working on it, but Elizabeth Weber has really shown us how to use this system and it is the absolute best way to grow your business!
I can’t wait to see the results from using this system. I have implemented it online for myself (and granted access to my important uplines so they can help me stay on track), and I suggest that you find some way to implement this for yourself, either to print the forms (available on UnFranchiseTraining), or to implement an online version or an Excel spreadsheet, etc.
Make the business work for you, and use the proven tools of the trade!

Today Melissa Conley spoke at our Local Seminar in Greentree. It was absolutely fantastic.
There is absolutely no substitute for going to these trainings, and I’ll tell you right now that anyone who is not willing to attend the vast majority of these events will not work in my organization. However, for those of you who did go to the training today, I’m putting a PDF copy of the notes I took online.
What notes did you take? Let’s compare notes!

There are two major things that we need as Market America UnFranchise® owners, and that is our Why, and a Plan. Our Why is why we’re in the business: why am I working? More time? More money? To be with our children and families? To never have to work for a company who can dismiss you after years of service?
Once we know why we’re going to do what we’re going to do, we need to know what to do. Over the last few days, Tom Pasternak and I sat down and figured out exactly what I would need to do, in a worst case scenario, to get to where I want to be.
Market America is Built on Product, Powered by People as we all know. I know what my primary products are (I focus on Telecommunications and maWebCenters). The main focus of our meeting then has been about finding the people, and now I have a plan for the worst case scenario I’ll ever have to deal with to get to where I want to go. Here’s what I can’t believe: this plan that we came up with isn’t that unbelievable. It’s completely doable, and it’s about the worst case scenario that I’ll ever have to deal with.
If you don’t have one, get a plan, and get your why. Get them on paper. Set goals, and then follow them.

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to be posting much more information regarding this particular topic, but we’ll start here. I’m going to post a short FaceBook conversation I had with a friend of mine today. His/Her name will be changed to protect the innocent.

Joshua Selser is working the list. See what I’m doing at http://ma-gonow.com @ Marion Ave & Pacific Ave
InnocentFriend at 12:40pm June 19: ready, fire, aim works well with nukes. Is this a pyramid scheme? I’m just asking, not pointing.

Joshua Selser at 1:22pm June 19: Man do I love this question. First of all, no, it’s not a pyramid scheme. Really and truly it’s not, but if it were, think about what you just asked… do you think many people would admit to something being a scheme (illegal) anyway? With that said, again, an emphatic NO, it’s not a pyramid scheme.
Now think about all the organizations in your life. Your job, the government, social security… those are all pyramid structures. Aren’t they? Just because something is a pyramid doesn’t mean it’s bad. The danger with a pyramid is whether the people at the bottom benefit as much as the people at the top, and the answer is that 99% of the time they don’t.
Except with my organization. I’m not going to get into details here, but I think what you’re really asking by “is this a pyramid scheme” is “is this network marketing or multi-level marketing?” The answer, again, is an emphatic NO. The reason? There are no levels.
InnocentFriend, I’d love to explain how this works. Ill call you.
