I have to tell you, the 10-3-2 system is one of the very best ideas I’ve seen in a long time. I’m not positive whether she invented it, or just perfected working on it, but Elizabeth Weber has really shown us how to use this system and it is the absolute best way to grow your business!
I can’t wait to see the results from using this system. I have implemented it online for myself (and granted access to my important uplines so they can help me stay on track), and I suggest that you find some way to implement this for yourself, either to print the forms (available on UnFranchiseTraining), or to implement an online version or an Excel spreadsheet, etc.
Make the business work for you, and use the proven tools of the trade!

There are two major things that we need as Market America UnFranchise® owners, and that is our Why, and a Plan. Our Why is why we’re in the business: why am I working? More time? More money? To be with our children and families? To never have to work for a company who can dismiss you after years of service?
Once we know why we’re going to do what we’re going to do, we need to know what to do. Over the last few days, Tom Pasternak and I sat down and figured out exactly what I would need to do, in a worst case scenario, to get to where I want to be.
Market America is Built on Product, Powered by People as we all know. I know what my primary products are (I focus on Telecommunications and maWebCenters). The main focus of our meeting then has been about finding the people, and now I have a plan for the worst case scenario I’ll ever have to deal with to get to where I want to go. Here’s what I can’t believe: this plan that we came up with isn’t that unbelievable. It’s completely doable, and it’s about the worst case scenario that I’ll ever have to deal with.
If you don’t have one, get a plan, and get your why. Get them on paper. Set goals, and then follow them.

Everybody who knows me knows that I like to get everything in place before I do things. I don’t like to go off without having everything situated, and I don’t like the “ready, fire, aim” approach that many times is employed.
This time, I get my wish, as I’ve spent most of the day planning, prepairing, and “setting myself up for success.” Tomorrow it’s time to rock and roll, and nevermind the weekend… because Melissa Conley is speaking at our meeting and it will be fantastic (we’re so lucky to have her in our organization!). i put together some programs, spreadsheets and documents, a convenient website, and a fantastic notebook which contains everything I need to continue to grow with Market America and stay on the 90 Day FastTrack.
Here is a few pictures of my new “The Book”:

On another note, I’d like to point out that “ready, fire, aim” is sometimes the best option to accomplish your task. While the mindset isn’t generally thought of as very cohesive, living in a state of perpetual-preparedness can lead to always aiming and never firing, so to speak. I know that I tend to fall into this category, so I’ll have to be careful that I’m not a “perpetual aimer.”
